Students who got accepted to higher education institutions in Hungary can apply at our Embassy in Beirut for a D type visa (residence permit) for study purpose.
The competent authority is the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing.

Kindly fill the application form and the appendix in Word format, then print and sign them.

The visa fee is currently 130 USD, to be paid in cash at our Consular Section.
For Syrian citizens:
If requested, our Embassy, in accordance with the Lebanese regulations in force, assists in the border crossing.
However, it is the applicant’s full responsibility to comply with the entry rules to Lebanon.
